A DIFFERENT KIND OF GATHERING

The future depends on people.

Horizons is an interactive leadership experience for the people shaping what comes next in health and human services.

Across government, community providers, nonprofits, and the private sector, leaders are navigating rapid change and growing expectations. Horizons creates space to step back, exchange perspectives, and explore the human capabilities that help people and organizations move forward.

“Future-ready” isn’t just about anticipating change. It’s about developing the people who can navigate it.
ONE SHARED HORIZON · THREE WAYS TO CONNECT

Find your place in the experience.

Come for a focused personal reset, connect with peers, or spend the day exploring practical approaches to leadership and workforce readiness.
APRIL 20 · AFTERNOON · WOMEN ONLY

Women's Leadership Workshop

Step away from the day-to-day for a focused, reflective experience designed for women leaders at every stage. Begin with the Brain Brief Profile self-assessment to gain insight into your individual preferences and how they may shape the way you think, communicate, and lead. Through guided reflection and meaningful conversation, explore leadership identity, communication, and influence—and consider how you want to shape what comes next. The experience will close with a 30-minute guided reflection, offering dedicated space to pause, connect insights, and look ahead with intention.
APRIL 20 · EVENING · ALL ATTENDEES

Welcome Reception

Start Horizons by connecting with fellow attendees in an informal, welcoming setting on a rooftop overlooking the Tampa skyline. Meet people across health and human services, exchange perspectives, and begin building relationships that can spark new ideas and carry into the day ahead.
